Yes, we are a licensed Taxi and Private Hire Company. We are licensed to operate Taxis, Hackney Carriage Vehicles, Minicabs and Private Hire Vehicles. We hold a operator license with Newcastle City Council. All our Drivers are approved by their local authority and police checked. All vehicles are fully licensed, insured for hire and reward and regularly inspected to ensure that they’re safe for hire and reward use.
Yes. We operate 24/7, all year round, including Christmas and bank holidays.
Yes. The prices are fixed for all pre-booked journeys. However, any additional drops/ stops, pickups, additional waiting times or diversions will be subjected to additional charges. You may also be charged if you have ordered an incorrect vehicle type.
By law, taxis and private hire vehicles are not required to have car seats fitted for babies and children. However, customers are welcome to provide and fit/remove their own in the vehicle, and we’ll happily store them securely for your return journey at no extra charge. If you wish to use this service please let us know at the time of booking.
No. We operate a strict no smoking & vaping policy in all our vehicles.
We cover Newcastle International Airport. We can also pick you up from any other UK Airport, if required.
Prices are provided upfront before confirming a booking. Payments can be made via debit or credit card, or bank transfer. Alternatively, with prior arrangement, cash payments are also accepted.
