Yes, we are a licensed Taxi and Private Hire Company. We are licensed to operate Hackney Carriage Vehicles, Private Hire Vehicles, and Executive Vehicles. We hold operator licenses with Northumberland County Council and Newcastle City Council. All our drivers are approved by their local authority and police-checked. All vehicles, including our executive fleet, are fully licensed, insured for hire and reward, and regularly inspected to ensure they’re safe for hire and reward use.
Absolutely, we’re here for you 24/7, every day of the year, including Christmas and bank holidays! To ensure the best experience, all journeys need to be pre-booked, as we don’t offer an ASAP service.
Yes. The prices are fixed for all pre-booked journeys. However, any additional drops/ stops, pickups, additional waiting times or diversions will be subjected to additional charges. You may also be charged if you have ordered an incorrect vehicle type.
By law, taxis and private hire vehicles are not required to provide child car seats. According to UK government regulations, if a suitable child car seat is not provided, children may travel in a rear seat without one under the following conditions:
No, smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited in all our vehicles at all times, including when no passengers are present. This is in line with UK law (Health Act 2006), which bans smoking and e-cigarette use in enclosed public vehicles to protect passengers and drivers from the harmful effects of second-hand smoke and vape emissions. All our vehicles display prominent ‘No Smoking’ signs as required by law. For long-distance journeys, you are welcome to request the driver to stop en route for a smoke or vape break if you wish, at a safe and convenient location.

To keep our vehicles clean and comfortable for all passengers, we kindly ask that you avoid consuming food or drinks other than bottled water. Small, non-messy snacks may be permitted at the driver’s discretion, but please avoid strong-smelling foods to ensure a pleasant environment for future passengers. Any spillages or mess caused by food or drink will incur a valet/soiling fee to cover cleaning costs. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining the cleanliness of our vehicles.
We cover Newcastle International Airport. We can also pick you up from any other UK Airport, if required.
Prices are provided upfront before confirming a booking. Payments can be pre-paid via card when booking online or made via cash, or card in the vehicle.
