How Our Booking Process Works
- Enter Your Exact Journey Details: To ensure an accurate fixed-fare quote and a flawless collection, you must enter your complete pick-up and drop-off addresses (including full postcodes, rather than just district names like "Cramlington" or "NE23"). Our intelligent system calculates your fare based on the precise A-to-B distance.
- Await Your Official Confirmation: Once submitted, your booking request is manually reviewed by our dispatch team against current fleet availability. (Please note: Submitting a request does not constitute a guaranteed booking. If we can accommodate your itinerary, we will officially secure your vehicle and send you a Confirmation SMS).
On The Day Of Travel - Complete Peace Of Mind
We understand that clear communication is the key to stress-free travel. On the day of your journey, our automated dispatch system keeps you completely informed:
- 📱 Dispatch Alert: You will receive a text message the moment your driver is en-route.
- 📍 Arrival Alert & Vehicle Details: You will receive a second text the exact moment your vehicle arrives. For your safety and convenience, this message includes your driver’s name, direct mobile number, and specific vehicle details (Make, Model, Colour, and Registration Number).
⚠️ Important: Our Executive Fleet
To maintain the highest level of discretion for our corporate and VIP clients, many of our executive vehicles are completely unbranded and do not display traditional private hire plates on the rear. When your driver arrives, please rely entirely on the exact vehicle registration number provided in your Arrival SMS to locate your car.
✈️ Important Information for Airport Collections
To ensure a seamless pickup, please select the "Airport Pickup" tab on the booking tool below to provide your flight details.
If you are using the standard "One Way" tab for an airport collection, please ensure you add your Flight Number, Departure Airport, and Arrival Time into the 'Driver Notes' before submitting.
⚠️ We require your flight details to track your journey live on radar and automatically adjust your driver's arrival time in the event of delays.
