On submitting your booking request, one of our customer service representatives will check the booking request and our availability, to confirm your booking a confirmation text will be sent to the number on the booking (subject to our availability).
On the day of travel, assurance alerts will be sent via text message when the driver is dispatched and at the pick-up location. These alerts will include a link displaying the driver's, name, mobile number, vehicle details including the registration number ensuring complete peace of mind throughout your journey.
A request DOES NOT constitute a booking until confirmed by ourselves. We reserve the right to decline a booking request.
