Please note that our system requires a minimum of 24 hours' notice for all journeys. For travel arrangements with shorter notice, please contact us.
On submitting your booking request, one of our customer service representatives will check the booking request and our availability, to confirm your booking a confirmation PDF will be emailed to you (subject to our availability).
On the day of travel, assurance alerts will be sent when the driver is on route and at the pick-up location. These alerts will include a link displaying the driver's image, name, mobile telephone number, vehicle model and registration number ensuring complete peace of mind throughout your journey.
