As of December 1st 2025, we transitioned to distance-based pricing for all fixed fares. This ensures you get a fair price based exactly on your journey. Here's what you need to know:
- No Night-time Surcharges: We’ve kept our "no late-night extra" policy to save you money after dark.
- Booking Online? Card payments via our web-booker or mobile app are subject to a pre-authorisation (Fare + £7). Any unused amount is automatically refunded to your card.
- Prefer to keep it simple? All our vehicles still accept cash or card if you’d prefer to avoid online card details or pre-authorisation rules.
